Sechrest Financial Services, LLC ("SFS") offers a menu of services that you can choose from depending on your current needs, time in your life, and your life goals. You can opt to choose any service level you wish and can move between levels when circumstances change in your life. In this way, you receive a highly customized approach to financial planning.

Level I: (Skipper Level)

Hourly financial, investment and tax planning services on an as-needed, client-driven, basis. (All clients start at this level and, at their option, may graduate up to higher levels of service.)

Step 1: Clients start with a financial review, which involves the following:

Questionnaire mailed to client ahead of time with list of things that should be brought to the meeting (tax returns, account statements, etc.)

Review meeting

Review completed questionnaire 
Establish financial position

Net worth
Cash flow
Tax status
Financial and life goals
Risk tolerance
Risk management and insurance plan status
Estate plan status
Primary financial concerns

Development of an Investor Profile or investment policy statement

Basic (fixed assumption) calculations of savings goals and nest-egg targets

Basic financial guidance and suggestions on how to proceed towards goals

Client will leave meeting with answers to basic questions and list of action to take to get on track to financial goals.

Step 2: Client has the option to delegate planning tasks, return for additional review meetings, or contact SFS with additional questions, as they wish. If appropriate, and desired by the client, they may opt for moving to our Level II or Level III services.

Level II: (Admiral Level) 

Ongoing financial, tax, and investment advisory services are provided on an annual basis for a level fee. This service has been most valued by clients who have complex financial or investment situations, are too busy to manage their own day-to-day financial and investment issues, or who wish to have a partner in their regular financial decision making.

If we manage investments, investment accounts are moved to Fidelity Institutional Brokerage Services for ease in reporting, tracking and management. Participation in Level III service is not contingent on retaining Fidelity for brokerage services. SFS does not receive any compensation from Fidelity for this referral.

SFS is available on an ongoing basis for any and all financial and investment planning issues. Such issues may include:

Comprehensive financial plan in the form of goal and policy statements, action items and milestones.

Regular financial and investment review meetings to update plan and report on status of action items.

Coordination with other advisors on estate, tax, insurance or investment plan issues.

Implementation and management of the investment portfolio on a non-discretionary basis.

Monthly review of the portfolio (includes, among other things, consideration of continued compliance with the client's Investment Policy Statement, current economic trends, projected future events and client risk tolerance).

Changes and updates to the Investment Policy statement.

Development of recommendations to change allocation and/or investments, as needed, and implementation of those changes.

Periodic reporting during review meetings.

Implementation of regular savings or income programs, as needed.

Review of existing estate plans and insurance policies.

Tax planning as it relates to the investment portfolio (for example -formulating, suggesting, discussing and implementing a tax-advantaged investment or strategy).
