Secure Client Portal Login Your Client Portal is a secure, encrypted electronic filing cabinet that has copies of your tax returns and any other important documents we have on file for you. In addition, you will be able to use the “File Exchange” feature to upload documents with sensitive personal information for us to download. Our secure, on-line client portals are hosted by the IBM-Certified Thomson Reuters Data Center. Comprised of multiple facilities totaling more than 175,000 square feet, it is one of the most advanced and secure data centers in the world. Every precaution is taken to guarantee the safety of your data. Equipment and facilities are protected against fire, natural disasters, power failures, and other unexpected scenarios.

• Document presentation — An electronic file cabinet to electronically store:
  • Tax returns
  • Estate planning documents
  • Real estate documents
  • Contracts
  • Other important documents
• Delivering drafts of tax returns to clients for review before filing them for final. Delivering quarterly estimated tax vouchers to clients as needed.

• File exchange
  • Instead of e-mailing documents with sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers and bank account information) back-and-forth, upload these documents to your portal and we can then download them.
  • Likewise, we can post documents to your portal for you to download.
  • Applying a password to a document and e-mailing it does NOT provide a sufficient level of encryption according to government and industry security standards.
